We work with warranty providers and Approved Inspectors (A.I.s) to carry out key inspections on new build properties from the start of construction through to build completion.
We also carry out retrospective inpections on completed properties at any stage after the build is finished, up to ten years.
What Kind of Survey are You Looking for?
Structural Warranty Survey
We can carry out surveys from foundation stage through to build completion. Our experience in Structural Warranty inspections means we know what providers are looking for in terms of risk management. Structural Warranties provide a standard ten years cover.
Professional Consultants Certificate
We can inspect new builds which may require several inspections throughout construction or a single retrospective survey on a completed build under ten years old. Professional Consultants Certificates (PCCs) provide a standard six years cover.

What areas of the UK do you cover?
Our main areas are England and Wales but subject to your requirements we may be able to provide cover in Scotland and N.Ireland using our approved network of Surveyors.
How many inspections do I need for a structural warranty?
Typically 4 Surveys per plot, although this may be increased depending on the complexity of the build and insurer requirements.
How much does an inspection cost?
Maybe prices start at £200 plus VAT per inspection.
Is it cheaper for me to buy a Professional Consultants Certificate?
A professional consultant’s certificate is cheaper but please be aware of the difference between the two products.
Are all of your surveyors "Chartered Surveyors"?
Surveyors are chartered or actively working towards accreditation.
